How to book

The next stage after having discussed your requirements and checked availability would be to place a provisional booking with us.

Within fourteen days we require a deposit of £250.00

If payment is not received within fourteen days we will be obliged to release your provisional booking.

Once payment has cleared we will send you a draft confirmation which you will have to confirm all details are correct. We will then send out a final confirmation.

Payment
Full payment to be made 14 days before the function, payment in installments may be discussed.

Service
We do not apply a service charge as we feel you have the right to reward good service personally.

Conditions
The finalised menu and an indication of approximate numbers attending must be given no later than 28 days prior to the function. This number will be the minimum charged. If the number of guests increases the balance will be payable 1 day prior to the function. Our drink policy is simple,- no drinks to be brought from outside. Drinks can be purchased at our reasonably priced bar.  An account option is available to you if you would like to run a tab for your guests.
Prices are correct at time of printing but may be subject to change. 
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Ceremony

We are fully licensed to hold civil ceremonies.  A charge of £100 will apply.

Deposit
A refundable deposit of £250 will be required in case of damage to company property by guests.

Cancellations
Should the need arrise to cancel your booking with us 120 days prior to the event a cancellation charge will automatically be levied.If you unfortunately have to cancel your function, we will retain the amount shown below in lieu of cancellation:

30% of the expected bill if we are given less than 120 days notice.
60% of the expected bill if we are given less than 60 days notice.

If you re-book the function on the same terms at a later date we may be able to waive the cancellation charges.
